What keeps you awake at night? What worries snap you out of a drowsy state or haunt your dreams when you do manage to fall asleep? When anything we care about is at risk, we all have the capacity to be anxious.

Everything’s okay, until it’s not
You think everything’s okay, until it’s not. The whole experience has reminded me of something. The people in our lives are gifts. The relationships in our lives are gifts. Time is a gift. Here at the beginning of this new year, I’m taking nothing for granted.
